Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. The memberships have a 6-month minimum term.
What happens after the 6 months?
After the initial term, the membership automatically renews month-to-month unless you submit written cancellation notice at least 10 days prior to the end of the current term.
How do I cancel my membership?
Members may cancel after the initial 6-month term. Written notice must be provided at least 10 days before the desired cancellation date. No refunds are issued for services already used or available prior to cancellation
Are services transferable?
Membership services and discounts are non-transferable and must be used by the member.
What if I don’t use my monthly service?
Services are intended to be used monthly and can roll over unless otherwise stated by KB Beauty Studio.
